just shows how stupid you Caps fans really are - the real person you should be blaming is that farce of a goalie, Jose Theodore. In another week, you'll have the entire summer to ogle those Mike Green Club Scarlet photos...Let's Go Rangers!!!
and you're complaining about the refs? Are you insane? What team gets a power play less than twenty seconds into game one of a playoff series? The league is trying to hand you a series and you still can't win.
Perhaps you missed Fleischmann getting decked by Antropov when the puck was nowhere near him. Later in the play, the Rangers took the puck up, Avery then tripped Green on the blue line, allowing Gomez to waltz in alone and put it past Theodore.
Or how about Avery pushing Green back into the bench? Sure he had a good hit on him. But when Green is trying to get out of the bench, Avery pushes him back in? Yeah, that would be a great example of interference if the first example wasn't enough.
And if you think that you can honestly place the blame on Theodore for more than one or two of the goals, I would seriously question how much of the game you really watched. 2-on-1's are not as easy as they look to stop.
But I appreciate Rangers fans posting on my site, thanks for reading!
